Reimagining Devon

The Government has now made a decision on local government reorganisation in Devon, which will see the creation of four unitary councils; Plymouth, Torbay and Exeter would all have expanded boundaries, and the rest of the county would be served by a new “Devon Coast and Countryside” council.
